Kela Guiles

Director of Operations

Kela Guiles leads the operations department at Sierra Sciences. She manages the team responsible for maintenance, purchasing, compliance and everything else necessary to allow the Sierra Sciences' scientists to work as efficiently as possible. Ms. Guiles began her career with Sierra Sciences as its second employee at the original location at University of Nevada-Reno where she also was in charge of the operations department. Previoulsly, Ms. Guiles worked for DHL as an administrative manager in the MRI department where she was responsible for overseeing fourteen employees.
